The USPTO is evaluating transmitting documents between offices using Global Dossier.
We would like feedback and input on what types of users would use Global Dossier to transmit documents among offices. We would also like feedback and input on the types of documents that users would like to transmit among offices.
USPTO is evaluating pre-populating office-specific forms,including the Information Disclosure Statement (IDS) using data in Global Dossier. This would be delivered in an incremental approach. We would like to receive feedback from users about this possibility. What do you think of this? What level of control would you want over the citations that are pre-populated?
